Confidence Is a Skill That Can Be Taught

Dining etiquette is not about rigid rules. It is about feeling comfortable, capable and respectful in social settings.

From restaurants to family celebrations, children who understand table manners navigate social situations with greater ease and confidence.

This workshop offers practical guidance in an engaging, supportive environment where learning happens through experience.

An Immersive, Guided Dining Experience

What Children Will Experience

Welcome Mocktail
Children learn how to greet, introduce themselves and propose a polite toast.

Table Setting
Each child sets a place for a three-course meal, understanding placement, order and purpose.

Three-Course Lunch with a Private Chef
A thoughtfully designed menu allows children to practise:
• Proper posture and seating
• Napkin etiquette
• Correct utensil usage and sequence
• Mindful, respectful eating habits

This is not a lecture. It is an immersive, guided experience.

Hosted at Salon Beau Soleil in Old Montreal

This workshop will take place at Salon Beau Soleil, an elegant heritage venue in the heart of Old Montreal.

Founded by Sareka Sehgal, the space was created to host intentional and refined gatherings.

Sareka invited Carolina to bring this children’s dining etiquette experience into the venue, aligning their shared belief that confidence and social grace are worth cultivating early.

Together, they are creating an elevated and welcoming environment for young learners.

A Shared Learning Moment

Parents will drop off their children at the beginning of the session.

You are invited to return for the final 30 minutes, where:

• Children will demonstrate what they have learned
• Carolina will share practical tips to reinforce etiquette at home
• Printed materials will be provided to support continued practice

Because confidence grows through consistency.
