Choose Your Child’s Experience
Confidence Is a Skill That Can Be TaughtÂ
Â
Confidence is not about rigid rules. It is about feeling comfortable, capable and respectful with other people.
From family celebrations to a first day at a new school, children who feel at ease move through social moments with warmth and self-assurance.
This is a day of learning through experience, in a supportive environment where each child is met exactly where they are.
Experience One: Dining Confidence
Â
A guided, hands-on experience at the table.
-
Table setting for a three-course meal, understanding placement, order and purpose
-
A three-course lunch prepared by a private chef, where children practise posture, napkin etiquette, correct utensil use and mindful, respectful eating
-
A warm close, where parents return for the final fifteen minutes and Carolina answers their questions
This is not a lecture. It is an experience they will remember.
Experience Two: Social Confidence
Â
Ninety minutes of presence, poise and self-expression, over a welcome mocktail.
Children learn to:
-
Introduce themselves with ease and make a warm first impression
-
Read a room and make space for others
-
Carry themselves with steady, natural posture
-
Speak and listen with genuine attention
The skills that help a child feel like themselves, in any room they walk into.
Dining Confidence
A hands-on morning at the table, with a three-course chef lunch and real, lasting confidence.
Social Confidence
A warm afternoon of presence and self-expression, where children feel at home in any room.
The Full Experience
The whole day together, dining skills in the morning and social confidence after lunch.
Hosted at Salon Beau Soleil in Old Montreal
This workshop will take place at Salon Beau Soleil, an elegant heritage venue in the heart of Old Montreal.
Founded by Sareka Sehgal, the space was created to host intentional and refined gatherings.
Sareka invited Carolina to bring this children’s dining etiquette experience into the venue, aligning their shared belief that confidence and social grace are worth cultivating early.
Together, they are creating an elevated and welcoming environment for young learners.
A Shared Learning Moment
Â
For the Dining Confidence session, parents drop their children off at the start and return for the final fifteen minutes, where Carolina shares what the children practised and answers your questions. You leave with practical ways to reinforce the day at home.
The afternoon Social Confidence session is a dedicated space for the children, so they can practise and express themselves freely.
Because confidence grows through consistency.
“My daughter loved it! Kids were taught about etiquette as a full experience in a fun and joyful way. Thank you!” - Roula
“Carolina, thank you for sharing your knowledge, your elegance and kindness with our little ones. Melissa loved every second of it and is already practicing (and teaching both my husband and I) what she learned from you today.” - Milena
“Carolina was very patient with the 5-8 yrs old children. Spoke to their level. Focus was how to introduce them selves, how to walk and comport themselves in public . Then they moved to table setting and table etiquette . Thank you for this amazing course. It’s great to start teaching etiquette at a young age.” - Pina
